The Next Wave

This piece depicts the many phases of a wave from its initial forming, to rising and swelling, to cresting and breaking, to finally spilling onto the rocky bottom of the seabed. The title, the Next Wave, foreshadows the perpetual repetition  of these movements. Southport Island, Maine.
